zippd.com.au aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. All orders include free express shipping anywhere in Australia and will be shipped by Australia Post. zippd.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, items may be packaged separately. If there is a problem with your order, all reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as zippd.com.au cannot be held responsible for inaccurate details.
After your order has been lodged with Australia Post you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received a tracking number within 48 hours of purchase please contact us.
If you wish to exchange or return an item/s purchased from zippd.com.au please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please note returns or exchanges can not be accepted without a RAN. We can only accept one return or exchange per item purchased (except if item was damaged when received).
Please ensure that your item/s are returned in an unused, unwashed and unaltered state with all tags and packaging in good condition.
Return shipping to zippd.com.au is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item/s is faulty or incorrect. zippd.com.au is not responsible for the safety of the item/s in transit, so please make sure to package the item/s in a suitable manner.
Returns/exchanges must be sent within 14 days of obtaining an RAN in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
Once item/s has been checked the purchasing amount will be refunded to the credit card/paypal account used during purchase.
We will advise you once the returned goods have been received and when the refund has been processed.
Refunds processed to an international credit card will be done so using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed.
Once the item/s has been checked, a replacement garment will be sent to you at the cost of zippd.com.au.
We will email you confirmation and your tracking number once your replacement item has been dispatched.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Any damaged or incorrectly sent item/s can be exchanged or returned for a refund of the purchase price. We must be advised of faulty or incorrect goods within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at sales [at] zippd [dot] com [dot] au as soon as possible to discuss your return.

Once the item/s has been checked, either a replacement garment will be sent to you at the cost of zippd.com.au or we will refund your credit card/paypal account for the purchase price paid plus the cost of regular shipping to return the item/s. Please note zippd.com.au has the right to refuse an item for exchange or refund if we believe the item has met with foul play after delivery or was damaged in return transit due to poor packaging.
All products and postage charges on this website are in Australian Dollars. If you are using an international credit card or paying in another currency then you may receive additional fees from your bank or financial service, these charges are outside of zippd.com.au's control.
